Marriott Marquis Houston Lazy River

Based on a long and successful relationship with specialty aquatics products manufacturer Natare Corporation, CB Fabricating was asked to join the manufacturing team on one of the most high-profile recent specialty pool projects in the U.S. The 550-foot long, Texas-shaped Lazy River is part of the 1000-room Marriott Marquis Houston hotel project. Located on a rooftop, the Lazy River is formed entirely of stainless steel and incorporates water jets to propel swimmers around on inflatable tubes. The project was completed in late 2016 in preparation for the February 2017 Super Bowl LI.
