Laser Cutting

Traditional shearing equipment is insufficient for the most intricate designs. For these projects, CB Fabricating offers laser cutting services using industry-leading Amada laser cutting machines, the Amada Ensis 3015 AJ fiber laser and Amada FO MII 3015 NT laser flex cell.

Laser cutting provides highly precise and consistent cutting that leaves high-quality metal edge surfaces that require less finish work. Our laser cutters are both equipped with fully automated load and unload capabilities. With clean, consistent parts and automated handling, CB Fabricating laser cutting services provide our customers with high quality, cost-effective parts and products with quick turnaround times. With our advanced laser cutting capabilities, we can produce even the most intricate components.

Shearing

CB Fabricating can cut almost any material, including stainless steel and aluminum, to your specifications. Our capabilities allow us to shear mild steel up to 1/4 inch in thickness by 10 feet in length, stainless steel up to ½ inch in thickness, or aluminum up to 3/8 inch in thickness. Using the high-performance Amada Shear, we can handle any shearing job you give us – even large sheets.

Metal Stamping

Using the proven industry standard, Amada FabriWIN software, we are able to stamp parts with the highest precision. We utilize a wide array of US Amada CNC Turret Presses, enabling us to accurately punch materials of thicknesses ranging from .03 to .25 inches.  Some pieces that we have produced include electric panels and automotive parts and components.

Bending and Forming

Whatever your metal shaping needs, CB Fabricating has the equipment and expertise to execute the bending and forming processes to your specifications. Utilizing Amada and Chicago CNC press brakes, we deliver high-precision fabricated parts to fit your need, including bins, hoppers, tanks, cans, boxes, enclosures, and brackets. In addition to turn-key fabrication, we also offer custom fabrication and part modification or improvement.

Welding

CB Fabricating has the capability to weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum as well as specialty metals. Our skilled technicians are experienced with both MIG and TIG welding. Our fabrication department works hand-in-hand with our welding department to ensure proper fit-up and joint configuration.

Grinding and Finishing

We are able to surface prep or grind any part to whatever finish or tolerance you require. Surface finishing, such as mill and stainless finishes, as well as part deburring, polishing, tumbling, and powder coating are among the finishing processes that CB Fabricating offers. Our assembly services complete our turn-key fabrication process.  

Assembly

CB Fabrication will put the finishing touches on your product by assembling it to your specifications. During our assembly phase, we can add any needed device, including hinges, locks, heat and air conditioners, security items, electronic software, and eye hooks for transportation and installation.
